Breakdown cover when on hire

All hire vehicles include breakdown assistance

If you have a breakdown or accident in any of our vehicles please call TTS360 fleet assistance who are available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Quote your hire vehicle registration number. All hire vehicles have the assistance details in the windscreen and on the keyring.

In the event of a accident, call TTS360 Immediately and inform police on scene that recovery is arranged and on route. Border van hire ltd will pass all charges for any 3rd party recovery agents onto the hirer.

Punctures/flat tyres: If you experience a puncture whilst on hire, you are expected to fit the spare wheel yourself. A spare wheel and tools are provided and the location of these is described in the manufactures handbook or online. Roadside assistance will attend for puncture repairs at the roadside, however the charges for this will be passed on to the hirer. 

MISS FUEL- WE WILL ATTEND THE VEHICLE IF IT IS MISS FUELED, ALL COSTS WILL BE PASSED TO THE HIRER.

FLAT BATTERYS- WE WILL ATTEND THE VEHICLE IF THE BATTERY HAS BEEN RAN FLAT-ALL COSTS TO BE PASSED TO THE HIRER
